Hello,I've registered for the frew signals but I haven't received any signals yet,what might be the problem?

This vfxalert pro signal is useless and cause me loss of profit. Mostly loss than won. Sorry this signal can't be tmrusted. Will not buy the subscription anymore.bye bye bye....
