Hello dear support I already paid my license 13 days ago and I do not see any signal. in count Count of alerts I get 0. Is this normal? Thanks for your help

Still unrealiable signals, I bought this because of what I saw in youtube but following the signal is still non-profitable.

hi i tired checking the signal history of 1 minute but it didnt show its only thta of 5 and 15 minutes that showed

 

For 1 min we produce only RSI & CCI signals.
Select the CCI or RSI algorithm.

I paid for Pro Licence months ago but im unable to receive signals now. I was receiving signals for the last 2months but now the application notifies me that i need to pay inorder to receive signals. 

My account is still valid upto 2020/05/14.

Kindly advice?

Hello!

It looks you use a different account for website & app.

Go to settings in  app and check. If that logout and login with the right account.
